Message Concerning VRWA Staff

Due to the rapidly evolving developments with the COVID-19 pandemic and various restrictions being put in place by Federal and State Governments,

the National Rural Water Association and the Virginia Rural Water Association have decided to limit on-site visits to emergency situations only

In order to lessen the chance of our staff contracting the virus or possibly passing the virus to others, they will be providing assistance over the phone or by email.

However, they will respond to emergencies via an on-site visit. Feel free to contact them on their cell phone or by email.

These steps are essential to lessen the chance of transmitting the virus to small and rural water systems through non-emergency on-site assistance.

This temporary situation will last until April 17th and will be reevaluated at that time.

Go to Meet Our Staff for contact information.
