BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS – IMPORTANT
INFORMATION
• Booths will be
assigned to VRWA Members first – after February 1, 2025 booth sales will be opened to
non-members
• Booths are assigned
first come first serve basis
• Registrations
MUST be paid in full before booth assignments are made, AND include signed exhibitor agreement. Online registration allows for you to
select the agreement as part of your order.

Exhibitor setup and breakdown
• You can begin setup
on Monday, April 14th at 11:00 am. Setup must be completed by 5:30 pm that same day.
• Breakdown begins
after the vendors grand drawing Wednesday April 16th at 11:30 am. Please plan accordingly as early departure can affect your future attendance and registration.

down ahead of time unless you have made prior arrangements
Loading/Unloading Area:
• You are to unload at
the Conference Center entrance off of Wells Avenue. The Roanoke Ballroom is located just inside
the door.

Space is very limited. Get an outdoor vendor space in the North Entrance Courtyard (immediately behind VRWA Registration Desk) This is only available for VRWA Corporate members.
• $500 with purchase of indoor space
• $1000 for outdoor space only (no indoor space - includes registration for 1 rep).
Exhibit shipping and handling
• Hollins Exhibit
will be handling shipping.
They will contact you several weeks prior to conference with

Fish Bowl Drawings
• We encourage you to have your own drawing. You will need to post the name of the winner on the winner's board outside of the exhibit hall and to deliver the prize to the winner. Drawings should be done between 11:00am and 11:30am, Wednesday, April 16.
